I am unable to download the file.Have you got enough disk space? You would be surprised, but most people who run into errors don’t realize their hard drive is full. Please make sure you have enough space on your computer. Are you using a VPN? Disable it. VPNs can cause slow internet speeds and unstable connections, which can cause downloads to fail. Please try to disable it and try again. Only download one or two files at a time. Please don’t try to download a bunch of large files at the same time. Browsers can only handle so much data. This can cause downloads to fail. This can happen either if your internet is not fast enough or your browser cannot handle downloading many large files. Please download 1 or 2 at a time. Restart the browser or try a different browser. This works mostly when using a computer. Try to restart your browser (fully close down the app and open it again). Chrome is the most used browser in the world, and it supports web applications and developers. Generally, it’s the best browser to use. It’s sometimes good to try to download in incognito mode because cookies, chrome apps, or something could be causing an issue. WiFi Connects But No Internet? You can try the following solutions. Solution 1 Open Command Prompt CMD then Run it as Administrator. Type in or paste each code then hit Enter: netsh winsock reset netsh int ip reset ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew ipconfig /flushdns Solution 2 Press the Windows key then search 'Network reset" Open the network reset and click "reset" Restart your computer Solution 3 Restart router Unplugged your network router (WiFi A) for 60 seconds then plug it back in. Solution 4 Download the latest network driver from the Manufacturer's support website. Solution 5 Uninstall the network driver and let Windows reinstall the compatible driver. Open Device Manager then under the network adapter, uninstall your Wifi driver. Restart your computer and let Windows install the latest Wifi drivers. Restart your computer.

I imported the .sensorpanel file but the panel size and the fonts look different and the rest of the contents are out of place. The fonts look different because the required fonts were not installed in the 'Windows fonts' folder as such the default font is loaded instead. Why the sensor readings, fonts, gauges, and images are out of place/alignment? The monitor display scaling was not set to 100%. All the sensor panel skins from the webpage were created on a 100% display scale. - For monitor using 1920 x 1080 and 2560 x 1440 use 100% (recommended) display scale. - Most 4K monitor (3840 x 2160 or above) display scale was set to 150%. To correct the display scaling problem: Go to Windows settings, System, Display. Look for ‘Scale’ under the ‘Scale & layout’, and select 100% from the drop-down list. RECOMMENDED FIX: Fix the problem without changing the display scale using "Change high DPI settings" - Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\FinalWire\AIDA64 Extreme\ and right-click the aida64.exe and select Properties" or look for the AIDA64.exe file if you use the portable ZIP package downloaded from AIDA64. - Select the 'Compatibility tab'. - Click on the 'Change high DPI settings' - Select/check the "Override high DPI scaling behaviour. Scaling performed by:" and Select "System" from the drop-down list. Click OK. - Close and reopen the AIDA64 program. - Import the sensor panel skin again. If the problem persists, restart your Windows and load/import your sensor panel skin again. This should fix the display scaling problem. Always follow these steps when installing AIDA64 program.

How to realign the sensor readings and gauges manually?Every zip folder would contains an image of the original sensor panel but it is not to size. You can resize it yourself to match your panel size and set it to 50% transparency. If you are unable to do it, you can message me by filling in the Contact Me form to request the original panel skin image size that is set to 50% transparency. For panel skin code starting from "33_0000x0000" onwards will have a panel skin image of 50% transparency hidden in the last row or the last 2 rows of the "SensorPanel Manager". Unhide it and use it as a guide to move or correct the position of the sensor readings, gauges and images. Steps on how to move the gauges and sensor reading: 1. Right-click on the sensor panel and select 'SensorPanel Manager'. 2. Locate the bg.png / panel.png (background image) and duplicate it. Hide the original bg.png images. Select the duplicate bg.png and click the 'Modify' button. Click the 3 dots button to import the transparency bg image. You can skip this step if a transparent background/panel image is already hidden in the "Manager". 3. Right-click the AIDA64 icon on the Windows taskbar and select 'Preferences'. Look for SensorPanel on the left and change the 'SensorPanel background-color:' to white. Click OK. Remember to write the RGB code if the panel background uses this color. 4. To move the sensor reading, right-click it on the sensor panel and select Move. The mouse cursor will change to a pointing hand. Move the sensor reading with your mouse or use the directional button to move it. If you can't select the sensor, look for it in the 'Manager'. NOTE: For gauge sensors that contain eight or more sensors. For example, a CPU temp/usage gauge contains eight sensors need to move all at the same time. 1. Select the first CPU temp sensor gauge, and press hold the shift key to select the remaining CPU temp sensor gauge. 2. Use the directional arrow buttons on the Manager to move them. Change the PX (pixel) by left-clicking the mouse. The larger the pixel, the wider the move. 3. Once all the sensor readings have been realigned, unhide the bg.png and hide the 50% transparency image. 4. Click the ‘Export’ button from the SensorPanel Manager to save the file as a new name. Try not to overwrite the original file.

Why can't I select the sensor reading using the mouse right-click button? Some sensor readings are placed behind the panel or background image as part of the overall panel design. Using the mouse right-click button anywhere on the panel and select the 'SensorPanel Manager' to look for the sensor.
